Doodles

In my infinite procrastination I've taken to doodling. It seems to me that drawing patterns and shapes within the borders of my note book is some what therapeutic. The idea of creating different forms and collections of ultimately, things is much more appealing to me then taking notes on someone else's ideas all of which would most likely benefit me in the future.
It's the repetitiveness of the task that provides me great comforts and often soothes and calms a rather busy mind. Call it my own style of mind mapping if you will, but putting it down on paper especially when you shouldn't be, somehow clears out all the unwanted nonsense floating around inside my head.
The way I'm talking it makes my note book borders sound like masterpieces, not to fear, they're not far from it in fact. I expect they'll never make it outside of the front and back covers but that's not the point. I challenge you to try it, see if you like it, maybe not while your supposed to be working or listening but I recommend it the most in those situations.

For some seriously cool and much more talented doodlers then I check out Doodlers Anonymous!
